Sourdough Avocado Delight with Za’atar and Feta

    Two fried eggs on toasted sourdough with mashed avocado, topped with crumbled feta, za’atar, flaky sea salt, and a drizzle of olive oil. Served with fresh strawberries and a matcha latte—such a delicious and satisfying meal!

    To cook the eggs:
    1. Preheat your pan over medium heat.
    2. Coat the pan with olive oil and crack the eggs into it.
    3. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat or until the egg whites start to thicken.
    4. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another minute.
    5. Add 1 tablespoon of water into the pan.
    6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the egg yolks are pink and cooked through.
    7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
