BLUE CHEESE DIP
Serves 12
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces sour cream
1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheese
1 clove garlic finely minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives plus some for garnish
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
squeeze of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Kettle style potato chips or veggies for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine dip ingredients in a medium sized bowl, crumbling any larger pieces of blue cheese.
2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with minced chives and fresh cracked black pepper.
3. Serve with kettle style potato chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
NOTES
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It should last about 4-5 days.
