Cottage cheese pancakes 🥞
These turned out so much better than expected 😍 They were like a combo of pudding and pancakes, with all the right macros 🧡
Recipe (6 pieces - by @aheartforfood ):
- 125gr cottage cheese
- 50gr flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50gr mylk
1) Blend everything together.
2) Heat a pan with some cooking spray over medium heat. Bake each pancake (1 tbsp) for 2 min. on each side, with the lid on.
Topped here with microwaved frozen berries and some cinnamon sugar 🫐
