For the topping:
* 1 cup almond flour
* 1/4 cup chopped almonds
* 1/4 cup chopped pecans
* 1/4 cup shredded coconut
* 2 tablespoons agave syrup or erythritol
* 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
* A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
* In a bowl, combine mixed berries, sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and arrowroot powder. Toss until coated evenly and transfer to a baking dish.
