DOUBLE CHOCOLATE HUMMUS
Protein-packed chocolate dip!

Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup drippy tahini (or 1/2 cup other nut butter)
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup vegan milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
⅓ cup mini dark chocolate chips
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth (except for the choco chips). Stir in the chocolate chips and some strawberries or biscuits ready and get dipping! I love topping it with toasted coconut flakes and nuts for added crunch.
