    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 240ml heavy cream
    • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • Pinch of cayenne

    Garnish:
    • Fresh dill sprigs
    • Lemon wedges
    • Cracked black pepper
    • Flaky sea salt
    • Capers (optional)

    Prep:
    1. Mix blackening spices
    2. Pat salmon dry
    3. Bring to room temperature

    5. Heat skillet
