No-Bake Cadbury Creme Egg Cheesecake with White Chocolate Filling

CREME EGG CHEESECAKE 🐣🍰

The ultimate no-bake Easter dessert.

A buttery biscuit base, rich white chocolate cheesecake filling and whole Cadbury Creme Eggs hidden inside. Creamy, chocolatey and impossible to resist.

YOU'LL NEED:
• 250g plain sweet biscuits
• 120g butter, melted
• 300ml thickened cream
• 200g white chocolate
• 1 tbsp gelatine dissolved in ⅓ cup water
• 750g cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup caster sugar
• 6 Cadbury Creme Eggs (plus extra to decorate)

METHOD
Line a 23cm springform pan with baking paper.

Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Press firmly into the base of the pan and place in the fridge.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Melt the white chocolate and allow to cool slightly.

Beat the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until smooth and creamy. Mix through the dissolved gelatine.

Fold through the melted white chocolate and whipped cream.

Spoon half the mixture over the biscuit base. Arrange the Creme Eggs on top.

Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the top.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours (overnight is best) until set.

Decorate with extra Creme Eggs before serving.
