    1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled

    ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

    ¼ cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice

    Zest of 1 lemon

    1 tsp pure vanilla extract

    Instructions

    1️⃣ Prepare the cream cheese mixture:

    Let the cream cheese soften for about 15 minutes.

    In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and creamy.

    Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
