    2 kgs beef mince
    2 level tblsp fresh garlic paste
    1 tbsp fresh ginger paste
    1 tblsp dhania powder
    1 tsp jeero powder
    3 tblps green cashew chutney(footnote)
    1 lemon juice
    2 tblsp chapli masala
    2 tblsp tandoori masala
    2 tblps Red green crushed chilies
    3 tblsp channa flour
    2 tblsp yoghurt to keep soft
    Finely chopped spring onions, corriander whole methi leaves
    2 tsp Ajinomoto zeal
    1 lemon juice
    2 tblsp Suhana paprika mild
    4 grated chicken stock cubes
    Or seasoning of choice (salt)
    *Footnote green chutney off hand blend cashews chopped green chilies salt lemon diced green mangoes without skin corriander salt blend make vaghar of little Jeero fenugreek and mustard in hot oil sieve oil into blender to help blend *discard the seeds* *salt to taste and lemon juice as desired*

    Method mix mince with above mentioned ingredients of mixture is soft add 2 ir 3 tblsp channa flour to bind or 2 slices of blended white bread crumbs make round Patties large can be frozen
    Just remember when ready to fry layer a large tray with tissue and baking powder to help absorb moisture before frying then your good to go no drama of popping enjoy
