Mushroom Miso Hummus Toast
Recipe:
Ingredients:â €
240 g cooked chickpeasâ €
1 tbsp genmai miso paste â €
2 tbsp tahiniâ €
2 tbsp lemon juice â €
2-4 tbsp waterâ €
1 garlic cloveâ €
ÂĽ tsp cayenne pepperâ €
Salt & pepper to tasteâ €

Instructions:â €
Add all ingredients to a high container and blend with a hand held blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and more water if necessary.â €

Ingredients mushrooms:â €
300 g mushroomsâ €
1 tbsp maple syrup â €
1 tbsp tamari â €
1 tbsp apple vinegar â €
1 tsp sesame oil â €
1 tsp freshly grated gingerâ €
Fresh parsley, choppedâ €

Instructions:â €
Cut mushrooms in halves â €
Mix the liquid ingredients and ginger in a small bowl and pour over the mushrooms. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes â €
Heat up a pan and add mushrooms. Fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Take off the heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
