Preparation Method: 1. Dry roast coriander, cumin, fennel, chilies, pepper, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, and bay leaf on low flame until aromatic. 2. Allow to cool completely. 3. Grind into a fine powder. 4. Mix in turmeric, dry ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, amchur, kasuri methi, salt, and sugar. 5. Store in an airtight jar – stays fresh for 2–3 months.
