  • Maggie masala powder

    🌿 Ingredients:
    - Coriander Seeds – 2 tbsp
    - Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
    - Fennel Seeds – 1 tbsp
    - Dry Red Chilies – 4–5
    - Black Peppercorns – 1 tsp
    - Cloves – 3–4
    - Green Cardamoms – 2
    - Black Cardamom – 1
    - Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
    - Bay Leaf – 1
    - Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
    - Dry Ginger Powder – ½ tsp
    - Onion Powder – 1 tsp
    - Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
    - Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) – 1 tsp
    - Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek) – 1 tsp
    - Salt – 1 tsp (adjust as needed)
    - Sugar – ½ tsp (optional, balances flavors)
    - Optional: Kashmiri Red Chilies – 2 (for color & mild flavor)

    Preparation Method:
    1. Dry roast coriander, cumin, fennel, chilies, pepper, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon, and bay leaf on low flame until aromatic.
    2. Allow to cool completely.
    3. Grind into a fine powder.
    4. Mix in turmeric, dry ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, amchur, kasuri methi, salt, and sugar.
    5. Store in an airtight jar – stays fresh for 2–3 months.

    How to Use:
    1. Add 1 tsp of Maggi Masala Magic while cooking Maggi noodles, fried rice, curries, sabzi, or even snacks for an instant taste boost.
    2. Works like the store-bought Maggi Magic Masala sachet.
