When i tell you this is one of the tastiest, easiest meals please believe me. It was STUNNING. Works out to make 4 large portions at 433 calories each!
Ingredients: - 110g precooked sausage (you can use any this is just what i used for easiness) - 300g dry weight pasta - 60g light soft cheese - 70g Grated cheese - 2 tbsp tomato puree - Seasoning: Chilli flakes, Paprika, garlic granules, Parsley - 200ml Pasta water
Method: - Boil your pasta - once cooked, drain and keep aside 200ml water - Add in your chopped sausage - Season accordingly to how spicy you want it - stir through your soft cheese, tomato puree and water - transfer into an oven proof dish - top with your grated cheese - put in oven on 180 for 10 minutes
