Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients:
9–12 lasagna noodles, cooked
3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
3 cups alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Layer the Lasagna
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of cooked noodles, then spread chicken mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
3. Top & Bake
Finish with noodles, remaining Alfredo sauce, and top with mozzarella + Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
4. Serve
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
