Snickers chia and oat puddings

These don’t take very long to prep and then you can just sit back and let the chia seeds and the oats do all the work.
A chocolate chia layer, a peanut butter layer and topped with more chocolate and nuts
It might look indulgent but it has tons of fibre, loads of omega 3s (in the chia and flax) and lots of protein too.
Also if you don’t want to add chocolate to the topping then just mix yoghurt with peanut butter for the top layer (it’s equally good!)
Makes 4 jars
Ingredients
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup porridge oats
2 tbsp ground flax
3.5 cups plant milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp peanut butter
1.5 tbsp cacao powder
Toppings
100g vegan yoghurt
75g melted vegan dark chocolate
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Sprinkle of peanuts and/or chocolate
1️⃣ Add half the chia seeds, oats, flax, maple syrup and milk to a bowl and mix well. Add the peanut butter to this bowl and stir through
2️⃣ Add the other half of the chia, oats, flax, maple and milk to another bowl and stir through the cacao powder. Leave both bowls for a couple of hours to firm up in the fridge
3️⃣ Divide into 4 serving dishes or jars, putting the chocolate layer at the bottom and the peanut layer on top
4️⃣ Mix the yoghurt with the melted chocolate and add an optional 1-2 tbsp maple syrup. Top each jar with the chocolate mixture and then sprinkle on some peanuts and/or chocolate. Put in the fridge for 30 mins to set
