3 🍌 2 🥚 24 ml olive oil (you can also use coconut oil) 80 g oats 20 g psyllium 24 g grounded almonds (or chopped, or almond flour) 25 g proteinpowder ceylon cinnamon a drop of vanilla essence sea salt
Mix all the ingredients togheter using a blender or in a food processor and bake at 180C for 30 minutes (check on it from time to time since every oven is different).
