Almond Delight Pancakes with Berry Bliss
Gluten free pancakes ๐ฅ

2 egg whites
40 g ground almonds (or almond flour)
10 g granulated sweetener
5 g psyllium
sea salt
a drop of vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients togheter and bake the pancakes.
Cream:
140 g greek yogurt 0% mixed with some liquid sweetener.
โJamโ:
50 g ๐ซ with 5 g granulated sweetener on top microwaved for 1-2 minutes.
+ 1 fig ๐
*If you donโt want the pancakes to be that sweet, just skip the sweetener. ๐ซถ
