Ingredients:
110 ml lukewarm milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
Oregano, to taste
Chili flakes, to taste
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
Mozzarella cubes (for stuffing)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest 5 minutes until foamy.
Add all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Mix, then knead 5–7 minutes into a smooth dough.
Rub oil on the dough, cover, and let it rest for 60 minutes until doubled.
Meanwhile, prepare garlic butter: mix softened butter, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, and parsley.
After the dough rises, divide it into small portions. Flatten each portion, place a mozzarella cube inside, and seal well to form a ball.
Place the balls on a greased baking tray. Brush generously with garlic butter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until golden.
Serve warm, toasted, with extra garlic butter if desired.
