Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
500g ground beef or pork (or mix)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Spicy Mayo Dip:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
½ tsp sesame oil
½ tsp rice vinegar
🔥 Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix well.
Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile, whisk all spicy mayo dip ingredients in a small bowl.
Drizzle sauce over hot meatballs or serve on the side.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
