    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Fresh chopped cilantro (for garnish)
    Wooden or metal skewers
