    For the salmon:

    2 salmon fillets

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp smoked paprika

    ½ tsp garlic powder

    Salt & black pepper to taste

    Juice of ½ lime

    For the bowl:

    1 cup cooked white rice 🍚

    ½ avocado, diced 🥑

    ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅

    2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

    1 tbsp chopped cilantro

    1 tsp chili flakes or minced red chili (optional) 🌶️

    1 tbsp lime juice

    Salt to taste

    🔥 Instructions
    Prep the salmon:
    Rub fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

    Grill:
    Grill salmon on medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until beautifully charred and flaky.

    Make the salsa:
    In a bowl, combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chili, lime juice, and salt.

    Assemble:
    Place rice in a bowl, top with grilled salmon, and spoon the salsa over everything.

    Serve:
