(Golden chicken, thick sauce, real flavor — no garnish, just comfort.)
This is pasta like it’s meant to be: thick creamy sauce clinging to every strand, garlic in the background, and golden slices of juicy chicken on top. Nothing fancy, nothing overly plated — just real food that disappears fast.

📝 Ingredients (serves 2): • 200g pasta (fettuccine, tagliatelle, or penne) • 1 chicken breast, sliced • Salt & pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter
For the sauce: • 2 garlic cloves, minced • ½ cup heavy cream • ¼ cup grated parmesan • Salt & cracked black pepper • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or nutmeg
⸻
🔥 Instructions: 1. Cook pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain. 2. Sear chicken: Season chicken slices with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet, sear in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 3. Make the sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, parmesan, and a bit of pasta water. Simmer until thickened. Season with black pepper and optional chili flakes. 4. Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce until well coated. Add more pasta water if needed. Top with chicken slices and serve while hot. Let the sauce pool naturally on the plate.
