easy high protein pasta recipe which is minimal effort. Perfect for when you want a flavoursome meal but cannot be bothered with loads of cooking.

Ingredients⬇️
- One Chicken Breast
- 80g Dry Pasta
- 1tsp Oregano
- 1tsp Thyme seasoning
- 45g Goats Cheese
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 85ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 1tsp Garlic Puree
- Handful of Spinach
- Salt & Pepper
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Optional 10g soft cheese ball (I got mine from LIDL
Method⬇️
1. Season your chicken breast with thyme, oregano salt and pepper. Then pop this in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 200c.
2. Meanwhile, boil your pasta until almost cooked.
3. In another pan, add the garlic puree, rosemary, thyme, semi skimmed milk, lemon juice and goats cheese to make a creamy cheesy garlic sauce. Add the pasta once it is ready and simmer on a low heat until the chicken is cooked.
4. Add the spinach to pasta and let it wilt.
5. Serve the pasta and place the cooked chicken on top. Add the optional soft cheese balls and thyme.
