Ingredients:
- 2 large apples (preferably Granny Smith for tartness)
- 1 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
- 1 cup water

Directions:
1. Begin by washing the apples thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or wax. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

2. Core the apples using an apple corer or a sharp knife. Ensure that you remove the core completely to create a hollow center for the whisky mixture.

3. Slice the apples into 1/2-inch thick rings, ensuring that each slice maintains a circular shape. You should have several apple rings from each apple.

4. In a medium bowl, combine the Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, water, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir the mixture until the sugar is fully dissolved.

5. Place the apple rings into a shallow dish or a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the whisky mixture over the apple rings, ensuring they are fully submerged. If using a bag, seal it tightly and gently shake to distribute the liquid evenly.

6. Cover the shallow dish with plastic wrap or seal the bag, and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the apple rings to marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for a stronger flavor.

7. After marinating, remove the apple rings from the whisky mixture. Gently shake off any excess liquid and place the rings on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a plate.

8. Transfer the apple rings to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2 hours, or until they are completely solid.

9. Once frozen, remove the apple rings from the freezer. They can be served immediately as a fun and refreshing treat. If desired, serve with a dollop of whipped cream for added indulgence
