If you love jalapeño poppers and juicy burgers, this beastly creation smashes them together! Two layers of cheesy, spicy goodness stacked with crispy bacon, ranch drizzle, and all the fixings.

📋 Ingredients (makes 2 giant burgers):
• 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juicy burgers)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 jalapeños, diced (or sliced for topping)
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 4 slices pepper jack cheese
• 2 brioche buns, toasted
• Ranch dressing, for drizzle
• Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, caramelized onions

🍳 Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, and smoked paprika until creamy. Set aside.

2. Form ground beef into 4 equal balls. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Heat a griddle or skillet over high heat. Place a beef ball on the hot surface, smash it flat with a spatula, and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy edges form. Top 2 patties with pepper jack cheese.

4. Spread jalapeño popper filling onto the other 2 patties, then place the cheesy patties on top to make double-deckers.

5. Stack onto toasted brioche buns with crispy bacon. Drizzle with ranch, and add any extra toppings you like.
