Crispy Gochujang Tofu

Ingredients
1/2 block extra firm tofu - pressed for 15 minutes and cut into cubes
3tbsp plain shop bought breadcrumbs
2tbsp cornflour
2tbsp Gochujang paste
2tbsp water
1tbsp oil
Method
Combine breadcrumbs and tofu in a bowl and stir to combine.
Toss in the tofu cubes and stir, cover all sides evenly.
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan and add in the tofu. Pan fry on medium heat for around 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Combine 2tbsp gochujang and 2tbsp water in a bowl and stir thoroughly.
Turn the heat off the tofu and pour over the sauce ingredients, stir and put back on heat for around 1 minute to warm through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion (optional)
