Cauli fried rice and teryaki tofu bowl🌱

Ingredients:
3 cups riced cauliflower
1.5 cup white rice
2 cups corn
2 cups peas
1 block extra firm tofu
1 tbsp. tamari
Splash of sesame seed oil
1 green onion
Oil
1 tsp minced ginger
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. Soyaki Sauce

Mehod
Heat the oil
Add the garlic and ginger and saute for about 30 seconds
Add the corn and peas, cauli and rice and cook for about 3 -4 minutes
Add the tamari and sesame oil
In a separate pan, cook the tofu (brown it on both sides for about 4 minutes each. Add the soyaki and cook for a few minutes until the tofu most of the sauce is absorbed.
Top all with Green onion and sesame seeds
