TACO STUFFED PEPPERS 🫑
Yummy taco mince with a cheesy topping 😍 I threw it together and it came out super tasty.
@quorn_uk mince
@oldelpasouk taco seasoning
1 onion, very finely minced
Lots of minced garlic
Tomato puree
1/2 can chopped tomatoes
@asda free from white sauce
Grated @cathedral_city_uk
2 large peppers
Dice up the onion and garlic and sautee it off then add the Quorn mince in with the seasonings and tomatoes
Let it simmer and thicken up
Stuff the peppers and top with white sauce then cheese then cook in oven until they soften & melt
So quick & easy!
I also drizzled this @heinz_uk taco sauce in the top from @heronfoods .. I’ve never seen it before but was yummy!
