Cereal shell raspberry chia pudding 🤎♥️🤍
Spring’s coming up, so we gotta be prepared with some cooler breakfasts! (pick your interpretation: 🥶 or 😎)
Loved the combination of the refreshing raspberry with the crunchy and chocolatey cereal 😋
Recipe:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (@prozis )
- 120gr mylk
- 45gr skyr
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 20gr chocolate chips (@prozis )
- 3gr coconut oil
- 10gr chocolate cereal (@turtlecereals Cocoa Smiles #gifted)
- 60gr raspberries
1) Stir the chia seeds, mylk, skyr, maple syrup and vanilla extract together. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
2) Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Stir in the cereal.
3) Mash the raspberries.
4) Top the chia pudding with the raspberries and chocolate cereal. Refrigerate or freeze for a couple of minutes until firm.
