CHOCOLATE SAUCE RECIPE
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon butter/ margarine
1 cup sugar
Sift together cocoa powder and flour, in a saucepan add white sugar followed by the cocao and flour mixture add milk and steer untill properly incorporated.
Cook on low heat mixing occasionally for about 10-15 minutes then add butter mix and take off the heat.
Cool then in an airtight container to the fridge.
Use it for cake toppings, cake cream toppings, desserts etc.
