~choc banana protein bark~ • i’ve been seeing this trend around lately, so here’s my spin on it! just 3 ingredients & has 30 grams of protein🤩 was such a yummy sweet treat that’s perfect for meal prepping. the recipe is below, enjoy xx
- 2 sliced bananas - 40g choc protein custard @musclenation (dc: NOURISHLILY) - handful of choc chips/cacao nibs
- slice the banana and place on baking paper on a plate. mix the choc custard with water & spread on banana. sprinkle on cacao nibs & freeze. - serve & enjoy! 🤎
