First meal I’ve taken a pic of in awhile! This was a super easy throw together lunch!
Chicken salad:
2 boneless chicken thighs chopped
1 boiled egg chopped
2 tablespoons chopped red onions
1 celery stalk chopped
pinch of dried dill (would have used fresh if I had it)
1 tablespoon of avocado oil mayo
*Mix everything together in a bowl 💁🏼♀️
Rest of plate: mixed greens w/ olive oil & peach white vinegar, mandarins & a gf bagel w/ @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese, avocado & @momofukugoods chili crunch
