Asian Style Pork Burgers 🌶️ Now these were a taste sensation! I love making my own burgers with a twist. I decided to use some @thejollyhog proper porker sausages as the base. AD PR
𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (makes 3 burgers)
… for the pork burgers
• 6 @jollyhog Proper porker sausages
• 2 Spring onions, thinly sliced
• 1 - 2 tsp Chili flakes
• 1 tsp Chopped garlic
• 1 tsp Chopped ginger
• 1 tsp Sesame oil
• 2 tsp Soy sauce
• Salt & pepper
… for the slaw
• 1/4 Red cabbage, shredded
• 1 Carrot, shredded
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• ½ tsp Light soy sauce
• ½ tsp Sesame oil
… to serve
• Burger buns
• Coriander
• Sriracha mayo
• Spring onions
• Sesame seeds
• Sriracha
𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱
1. De skin the sausages and add to a bowl along with the rest of the burger ingredients. Mix together to combine.
2. Split the mix into three and shape into burgers. Add to frying pan along with a splash of oil and fry for 7-8 minutes on each side, until the meet is cooked through.
3. Mix all the slaw ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
4. Toast the burger buns.
5. Assemble your burgers, add the siriacha mayo to the base, top with the burger, slaw, coriander, spring onions, sesame seeds and sriracha. Add the burger top and enjoy! 💗
