Creamy, garlicky GOODNESS 👏😂
• Diced up some chorizo and sautéed it in some olive oil until all the oils release and it goes slightly crispy
• boiled the spaghetti
• finely minced an onion and a sh*t tonne of garlic and added that to the chorizo and cooked until soft
• I then added some cream, paprika, salt, oregano, pepper and a chicken stock cube to the pan along with some pasta water then simmered until it thickened slightly
• swirled in the spaghetti once it was cooked
• garnished with parsley
