    Steps:
    1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Make a well, add eggs.
    2. Whisk eggs, gradually pulling in flour from the edges.
    3. Knead until a smooth dough forms (about 15–20 mins). Use extra flour if it sticks.
    4. Let the dough rest (covered) for at least 30 mins—ideally 2 hours.
    5. Divide into 4 pieces, roll each piece super thin (like paper!).
    6. Stack sheets and slice into your favorite shape.
    7. Boil in salted water for 3–5 minutes. Serve with your fave sauce.

    💧 2. Water & Flour Pasta (Egg-free)

    You’ll need:
    - 2 cups all-purpose or semolina flour
    - About 1/2 cup warm water
    - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt

    Steps:
    1. Mix flour, water, and salt into a dough.
    2. Knead gently for about 3–5 mins, adding a splash more water if it’s too dry.
    3. Let the dough rest, covered, for 30 mins.
    4. Roll out thin and slice into noodles or shapes.
    5. Boil in salted water for 6–7 minutes.

    You’ll need:
    - 2 cups all-purpose flour
    - 3 large eggs
    - 1/2 tsp sea salt
    - 1/2 tbsp olive oil

    Steps:
    1. Pile flour on a clean surface and make a center “nest.”
    2. Add eggs, oil, and salt into the middle.
    3. Mix with a fork, then use hands to form a dough.
