Filling of your choice: I used samoosa mince filling - I added extra black pepper to the filling.

Dough:
3 cup flour
125g grated cold butter
Pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg.
Cold water to bind the dough.

Combine butter and flour into breadcrumbs - add salt and baking powder. Add egg and mix. Add enough cold water to bind the dough. Mix till you have a smooth dough. Do not knead the dough. This results in touch pies.
Roll into small rotis and fill with filling. Fold over and create a pattern to seal or use a fork.
Egg wash and bake at 160 till golden.
