Bread slices – 8
Mozzarella cheese (grated) – 1 cup (120 g)
Cheddar cheese (grated) – Β½ cup (60 g)
Boiled potato (mashed) – 1 medium (120 g)
Green chili (finely chopped) – 1 tsp (5 g)
Black pepper – Β½ tsp (2 g)
Salt – Β½ tsp (3 g) or to taste
Oregano / Italian seasoning – Β½ tsp (2 g)
Cornflour – 2 tbsp (16 g)

For Coating
Eggs – 2 (beaten)
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup (60 g)

Oil – for deep frying

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, mashed potato, green chili, black pepper, salt, oregano, and cornflour until well combined.

2️⃣ Prepare Bread
Cut off bread edges.
Lightly dip each slice in water and squeeze gently (don’t over-soak).

3️⃣ Stuff & Shape
Place 1–2 tbsp filling in the center.
Roll tightly and seal edges properly.
Shape into neat rolls.

4️⃣ Coating
Dip each roll into beaten egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

5️⃣ Fry
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
