π§ Cheese Stuffed Bread Rolls (Extra Crispy)

π Ingredients
Bread slices β 8
Mozzarella cheese (grated) β 1 cup (120 g)
Cheddar cheese (grated) β Β½ cup (60 g)
Boiled potato (mashed) β 1 medium (120 g)
Green chili (finely chopped) β 1 tsp (5 g)
Black pepper β Β½ tsp (2 g)
Salt β Β½ tsp (3 g) or to taste
Oregano / Italian seasoning β Β½ tsp (2 g)
Cornflour β 2 tbsp (16 g)
For Coating
Eggs β 2 (beaten)
Breadcrumbs β 1 cup (60 g)
Oil β for deep frying

1οΈβ£ Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cheddar, mashed potato, green chili, black pepper, salt, oregano, and cornflour until well combined.
2οΈβ£ Prepare Bread
Cut off bread edges.
Lightly dip each slice in water and squeeze gently (donβt over-soak).
3οΈβ£ Stuff & Shape
Place 1β2 tbsp filling in the center.
Roll tightly and seal edges properly.
Shape into neat rolls.
4οΈβ£ Coating
Dip each roll into beaten egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
For extra crunch, repeat egg β breadcrumbs once more.
5οΈβ£ Fry
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy from all sides.
Remove when cheese inside is perfectly melted π§π₯
6οΈβ£ Serve
Serve hot with ketchup, mayo, or creamy garlic dip.

Medium heat is key (high heat = bread burns, cheese stays hard)
Chill coated rolls 10 minutes before frying to avoid cheese leakage
