chicken taco bowl: chicken (recipe below) romaine lettuce brown rice black beans corn tomatoes taco sauce (recipe below)
for the chicken: cut the chicken breast into cubes and add to a ziplock or container. add in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. shake until all the cubes are coated. let marinate in the fridge for a few hours. once the chicken is done marinating, add some oil to a pan on medium heat. add in the chicken and cook until the chicken is white on the inside and cooked through
for the sauce: mix together mayo, paprika, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. to make the sauce thinner, add water
