I made this for dinner yesterday thinking it’d be a good high-protein dish to fill up my protein goal gap with, but then I actually added it all up and realised I had severly crossed my goal 🫠
SO I’d suggest you save this recipe for those days where you need an easy super high-protein kick at the end of the day, when your breakfast and lunch may have been a little less macro optimal 💪🏼
1) Cook the pasta following the packaging instructions. 2) Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry with some cooking spray until done. 3) Stir everything together over low heat.
