  • Super high-protein cheesy chicken tomato pasta 🤯

    I made this for dinner yesterday thinking it’d be a good high-protein dish to fill up my protein goal gap with, but then I actually added it all up and realised I had severly crossed my goal 🫠

    SO I’d suggest you save this recipe for those days where you need an easy super high-protein kick at the end of the day, when your breakfast and lunch may have been a little less macro optimal 💪🏼

    Recipe:
    - 95g pasta
    - 150g chicken
    - 100g tomato sauce (I’d recommend @nobullshitsauce )
    - 225g cottage cheese
    - 30g grated mozzarella
    - 1 tsp Italian herbs
    - 1 tsp dried garlic @euroma_nl #gifted
    - salt&pepper

    1) Cook the pasta following the packaging instructions.
    2) Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry with some cooking spray until done.
    3) Stir everything together over low heat.
