Triple Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Delight with Berries
Triple chocolate oatmeal π«π₯£
A tribute to my biggest guilty pleasure π«ΆπΌ Chocolate galore in this oatmeal but in the most nutritious way, combining fiber, healthy fats and protein.
Recipe:
- 50g oats @prozis
- 200g milk
- 15g (double) chocolate protein powder @prozis
- 1tsp cocoa powder
- 15g chocolate peanut butter @prozis (or any kind of nutritious chocolate spread)
1) Combine the oats and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until you get your desired texture.
2) Mix the protein and cocoa with some water into a homogenous paste. Stir through the oatmeal.
3) Top with the chocolate pb and some fruit of your choice.
