I love a fully dressed bagel and here is a celebration of that with the ultimate bagel board! This list is of my favorite things but change it up however you like! If you scroll down youβll find the recipe for the veggie cream cheese!

6 Bagels assorted flavors, sliced
8oz (227g) Vegan Vegetable Cream Cheese (recipe below)β¨8oz (227g) Plain Vegan Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp (60g) Raspberry Jam (or any flavor you like)
4 Tbsp (60g) Nut Butter or Peanut Butter
1-2 Tbsp (15-30g) Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
1-2 Tbsp 15-30g) Capers
1/4 cup (60g) Caper Berries
1/4 cup (60g) Kalamata Olives
3-4 Dill Pickles sliced ( I love Bubbies brand)
6 thin slices Red Onion
1 small Cucumber sliced
2 -3 Tomatoes sliced
3-4 Radish sliced
1 cup Sprouts
1-2 Oranges sliced into wedges
1 Pint of whole Strawberries
Veggie Cream Cheeseβ¨
8oz (227g)Vegan Cream Cheese
1 medium Carrot chopped
1 large Radish chopped
2 Green Onions thinly sliced
White Pepper to taste
1. Bring 8 oz (227g) of vegan cream cheese to room temperature and add it to a bowl.
2. Add in the chopped carrots, radish and green onions. Season with white pepper and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
