~banana protein donuts~ • would you believe that each of these donuts has 13 grams of protein? they’re the cutest (and yummiest) treat for anytime of the day. i’ve been having them as an alternative to my post-gym protein bars, and they’re honestly the highlight of the whole workout🤪 they’re also super easy to make, so get to it!! the recipe is below, enjoy xx
- in a bowl, combine the flour, protein, and cinnamon. add in the remaining ingredients (except for the custard) and mix until smooth. - pour into a greased donut tray and bake @ 180°c (350°f) for 15 mins. let cool. - combine the custard powder with water until a smooth paste has formed. spread on top of each donut. - serve & enjoy! 🍌
