Perfect for summer mornings when you need that carb energy but want something different than your usual overnight oats. A little extra, a little fancy, but so easy with only four ingredients!
1) In a saucepan, stir everything together and cook on stovetop until thickened 2) Line a bowl with cling film, pour in the oats, cover with a plate and refrigerate (overnight or as long as possible) 3) Flip it onto a plate and top with whatever you’re feeling. I went for skyr (for extra protein) and raspberries (for fruit)
