Peanut Butter Raspberry Upside-Down Oat Delight

  • Upside down oat bowl 🍮

    Perfect for summer mornings when you need that carb energy but want something different than your usual overnight oats. A little extra, a little fancy, but so easy with only four ingredients!

    Recipe (inspired by @fattofit_meg ):
    – 60g oats @prozis
    – 200g milk
    – 10g peanut butter @depindakaaswinkel #gifted
    – 5g maple syrup

    1) In a saucepan, stir everything together and cook on stovetop until thickened
    2) Line a bowl with cling film, pour in the oats, cover with a plate and refrigerate (overnight or as long as possible)
    3) Flip it onto a plate and top with whatever you’re feeling. I went for skyr (for extra protein) and raspberries (for fruit)
