1) Preheat oven to 180°C 2) Mash the banana and mix all ingredients except the peanut butter and jam 3) Pour into a ramekin or oven-safe dish 4) Add dollops of peanut butter and jam, and swirl with a skewer 5) Bake for 12 mins.
