Ingredients:
For the Muffins:

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
