Ingredients (Makes ~12 squares): • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter • 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate, chopped • 1 ¼ cups (250g) sugar • ½ cup dry red wine (Cabernet or Merlot) • 3 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour • ¼ cup (30g) cocoa powder • ½ tsp salt • ½ cup fresh raspberries
Instructions: 1. Melt butter and chocolate until smooth. Stir in sugar, then add wine and whisk well. 2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. 3. Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined. 4. Fold in raspberries gently, leaving some whole. 5. Pour batter into a lined 9x9 inch pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 min until set but still fudgy. 6. Let cool completely before slicing into rustic squares.
