For the crust: • 1 ½ cups crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers • 5 tbsp melted butter • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
For the filling: • 8 oz (225g) dark chocolate (70%) • 1 cup heavy cream • 2 tbsp sugar • ½ tsp ground cinnamon • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (or more to taste) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt
For topping: • Whipped cream (casually spread) • A sprinkle of chili flakes or shaved chocolate
Instructions: 1. Mix crust ingredients, press into a tart pan. Chill 15 min. 2. Heat cream with sugar, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt until hot but not boiling. 3. Pour over chopped chocolate, stir until smooth, then add vanilla. 4. Pour filling into crust, chill 2–3 hrs until set. 5. Top with whipped cream in a rustic swirl and garnish with chili flakes or shaved chocolate.
