Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges π₯π§π§
π Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare potatoes: Cut each potato into wedges and place in a large bowl.
Season: Add olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan. Toss well to coat.
Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin side down.
Bake for 35β40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and parsley before serving.
Serve hot with ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli for dipping.
