Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 12 oz linguine pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Directions: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the chicken in the pot for 5–7 minutes until it’s browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. Add the minced garlic to the same pot. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the dry linguine straight into the pot. Make sure the pasta is mostly covered in the sauce. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring every few minutes so it doesn't stick. Once the pasta is tender, stir in the Parmesan cheese and return the cooked chicken to the pot. Mix everything together and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm. Cooking Time: 20 minutes Servings: 4. #pasta #pastatiktok #cajunpasta #cajunchicken #cajuncooking
