Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs: Sweet, Savory, and Tender
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork ribs
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Optional: chopped chives for garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Season ribs with salt and pepper.
Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
Meanwhile, simmer honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a saucepan until slightly thickened.
Unwrap ribs, brush with sauce, and broil for 5–8 minutes until caramelized.
Garnish with chives and serve.
