CREAMY CHILLI SAUSAGE PASTA 🌶️

Ingredients - (serves 2)

- 160g dry pasta
- 6 skinny sausages (@aldiuk )
- 1 carton of passata
- 100g low fat soft cream cheese
- 60g protein cheese (@eatlean )
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- low calorie cooking oil

How to make -
1) First, bring a saucepan of water to the boil with some salt and add in your pasta and let it cook.
2) Next, in a frying pan add a few sprays of oil and adjust to a high heat. Next, add in the sausages and break them up using a spatula to create a sausage like mince. Allow this to cook through and then add your spices and garlic into the pan alongside the passata. Bring the heat down and let simmer.
3) Once the pasta is cooked, drain the pasta water and add to the sausage and sauce mixture and mix well! Add into the pan the cream cheese and grated cheese and mix again.
